Handicap Access

The Owatonna Arts Center does not yet have an elevator at its primary entrance. To compensate, the City of Owatonna allows use of their ground-level handicap entrance just South of the main entrance to the Administration Building on West Hills Circle. Tuesday through Friday (8-5:00), there should be no problem for those with special needs to visit the Center by use of said entrance. To use the City's handicap entrance on weekends, special arrangements must be made through the OAC office. Call 507.451.0533 to let us know your arrival time or a companion can ask at our office to be met at the City's handicap entrance.
