Patricia Friedman resides in Owatonna and is a Minnesota native.   She received her B.A. in Teaching from Humboldt State University of California in June 2003.

She began her potting career in the spring of 2003 after taking a class at the Owatonna Arts Center.  Patricia is a self-taught potter who works in stoneware creating utilitarian and decorative pieces. Her natural talent is in throwing very large pieces and in altering thrown forms.

Patricia Friedman also does painting and has exhibited these works at galleries in Northern California.

The stoneware, "Lotus Punch Bowl" was created by Patricia Friedman, in February 2004.
